Uphill travel

Ski touring with a "Ski Climbing Skins" ticket (2026–27: 14.30 $ a day, 5.20 $ for 17 and under; season 125 $ / 75 $; North-Side shuttle not included). The Zone Blanche backcountry (2 km west of the chair, unpatrolled, avalanche-prone, expert only) has a skin track from its bottom; register with the ticket office before going and on return (418 629-3450 ext. 1050), not after 2:30 p.m.
