Elevation

Base 5,900 ft to summit 7,100 ft, on the same scale as every resort in the list (16–13,487 ft).

Uphill travel

Season pass holders only, signed in at the bottom of the Kussy Express: Routes 1 (Empress), 2 (Homestake) and 3 (Hobo Queen) daily 6–9 AM from Nevada Gulch Lodge, up looker's left across the bottom of Kussy and of the Terry Cut-Across, then looker's right of each run; up and down the same route, signed out by 9:15 AM. Route 4 (Little Hope) Tue–Thu 10 AM – 3 PM as conditions permit — ask Ski Patrol at Patrol Top. Carry a phone; yield to snowcats and snowmobiles.
