Email support@shredlytics.com. A real person reads it, usually the same day. In the app, Account › Message us opens a mail with your app version and phone model already filled in, which saves a round trip.
Common questions
The app said “Drop In” but nothing recorded
A session records only while location access is allowed. Open Settings › Shredlytics › Location and choose “While Using the App”, with Precise Location on. Motion & Fitness must be on too. The session bar appears only when you are within about ten kilometers of a resort we know.
Do I have to keep the phone out?
No. Start the session, put the phone in a pocket, and ride. It keeps tracking with the phone locked. Runs, lifts and lift lines are worked out on their own; nothing needs tapping until you end the day with a hold on the End button.
Battery
A full day at best GPS accuracy is the biggest drain the app has. Start the day charged, and consider a small battery pack for long days until we finish tuning the sensors for lifts and lunch breaks.
My run was matched to the wrong trail, or a lift is missing
Trail maps come from OpenStreetMap and each resort’s official map. Tell us the resort, the trail and roughly what happened and we will fix the map data. Corrections usually ship within days and don’t need an app update.
Where is my route or replay on my new phone?
Routes and replays are stored only on the phone that recorded them, by design: raw GPS never leaves it. Days, runs, scores and friends do follow you to a new phone when you sign in.
Delete my account
Account › Delete Account in the app. It is immediate and complete. If you can no longer sign in, email us from the account’s address and we will do it for you.

Email us and we will send your rows as JSON.
Who can see what
Your Shredder Tag and avatar are public. Your real name, if you enter one, is shown only to friends. Leaderboards can be limited to friends in Account. “Share my day with friends” controls whether friends see that you are riding at a resort today; it never shares a location.
